Chilli Fish Seasoning

INGREDIENTS:Vegetable oil, capsicum, fermented soya beans, pickled capsicum, pickled ginger, gourmet powder, Chinese prickly ash, garlic, salt.

COOKING METHOD: Pour 150g oil in the pan, put the product for frying till it is boiled, add certain amount of water and boil, then put pieces of fish in it and cooked for 5-8minutes, add some scallion before eating will be better(A bag of this product is enough for 1-1.5kg fish)
